TRAINING AND e-LEARNING

TRAINING AND COURSES DESIGNED TO EMBED LEARNING

Our approach to training is flexible. We know that people learn in different ways, and our courses can be accessed in range of ways, through interactive live facilitated workshops as well as online programmes which can be accessed to suit your own needs, and can be stand-alone or linked as part of a development pathway. We specialize in training and development in Leadership, Culture, Diversity & Inclusion and Sustainability (Environmental, Social and Governance - ESG).

Our training can be accessed in several ways:

  • In-House delivery - select the topics you might like to cover and we will tailor these for delivery in-house. These could be targeted workshops for senior leaders, or training for cohorts across your organization.

  • e-Learning Modules - Access stand-alone modules, or build your own learning pathway from a selection of our modules. All accessible in any timezone, with well-structured content and insightful downloads to cement learning.

Bespoke training is a great option if you have a number of people who you wish to train across an organization, or as part of a wider programme to effect change. It also enables us to build your key values and messages into the training, and develop content that is contextual to your organization.

Our courses are delivered by a team of experienced facilitators who have real business experience, deep knowledge of their topics, and can bring relatable stories, humour and the human touch to training.

Programmes can be delivered by either virtual classroom on a platform of your choice or in-person on your premises. We can incorporate a blend of online content as well - whatever suits your needs.

Take a look at some of the workshops that we regularly run with clients. If you don’t see exactly what you’re looking for, do get in touch for a chat and we can work with you to create something tailored to you.
