We provide state-of-the-art online learning programs for aspiring and more experienced ERG leaders and leaders-to-be. We work with participants from organizations seeking a cutting-edge program to provide their ERG leaders with the investment needed to allow them to excel and grow ERGs that are inclusive but drive clear business outcomes. Our online programs run three times a year in January, April, and September.
The Impetus Online ERG Leadership program
Each program consists of between 10 and 12 pre-recorded modules, lasting approximately 20 minutes each. The course material is provided through a custom learning platform. It is accessible around-the-clock from any time zone.
The programs include facilitated live sessions designed to help learners apply their knowledge and reflect on the content.
We offer a ‘Foundation’ level leadership program for up-and-coming leaders and an ‘Enhanced’ level program for more seasoned leaders and those who have successfully completed the Foundation program. We also have a level specifically for those running Global or Multi-Chapter ERGs and Networks.

Level 1 - Onboarding and a Strong Foundation: Gaining a foothold in the basics of running an ERG
Level 2 - Getting to Impact - as an ERG and as a leader (Enhanced)
Level 3 - Running Global/Multichapter ERGs
