Course Overview

Delivering results through others requires a shift in mindset. Building on your existing experience, this course will give you the opportunity to reflect on your journey so far and refocus on your evolving roles, responsibilities and relationships with your team.

Split over three modules, the first explores the impact of leading teams, looking at shifting priorities and developing your management style as your people management responsibilities grow. The second module focuses on developing and stretching you, exploring how to build your credibility, develop relationships that flourish and practice emotional intelligence.

The final module gives you focussed masterclasses in essential management topics that will elevate your knowledge and skills and develop your strategic thinking. Throughout the course, there will be a clear focus on practical actions that you can take away to create impact immediately.
