We offer facilitated workshops to support leaders and colleagues at all levels to become more comfortable using the right language and approach to open-up different perspectives, mutual understanding and trust.

Mutual Mentoring

​

Mentoring can be very powerful. Traditional mentoring focuses on one participant learning from another.

 

In mutual mentoring, both participants learn from each other. Our progam pairs senior leaders with employees from diverse perspectives to drive mutual understanding, insight into culture and behavioural change.

​

Each program can be tailored specifically to your organization, which can include:

​

  • Alignment directly to your D&I strategy

  • 1-2-1 or group Diversity coaching for participants

  • A formal 'launch session' to kick-start for success

  • Creation of case studies to track, celebrate and record individual journeys, experiences and change

 

The pairs are supported by facilitated group sessions and coaching throughout the programme.
